SISU CYCLES custom frames are named after county roads near Marquette. Geometry is
designed to the customer's need and wants. The 400 series feature road specific frames
while 500 series frames are mountain specific. Higher numbers do not necessarily equate
to higher quality frames. Each frame is designed with a different customer in mind. For
example, our 476 frame is designed with insane stiffness for powerful riders, where our 460
frame is designed for a spinner who is more weight conscious. We offer complete builds or
frame and fork only. Our builds are created with the finest components from Campagnolo,
Thompson, Ritchey, Reynolds, American Classic and many other fine component
manufactures. Please contact us for prices with other builds such as Shimano components
or a Zipp wheelset. Substitutions are our speciality. We want to craft the frame how you want
it and build your bike with components that you want.

SISU CYCLES is happy to now offer stock frames. These frames are offered to compete with
the cost of other high production frame companies while offering a custom look and feel.
Perfect for those riders who don't feel like they need custom geometry and want a frame that
is as unique as they are. Don't let these frames fool you. The FF-1 is well UNDER 2LBS
while maintaining the stiffness needed for efficiency. The FF-2 is just over 2lbs. This is by far
our best value. . . affordable performance!!!!!

The SISU 476 is designed for a powerful rider who requires more bottom
bracket stiffness and torsional rigidity. Riders who prefer lower cadences will
benefit from the added stiffness to make the frame more efficient.

With the 476 Ultra, SISU CYCLES provides weight savings over the standard
476 without sacrificing any strength or stiffness. The rear stays contain a
nickel braid system which reacts to deformations by hardening, creating an
effect of damping vibrations in proportion to their intensity, making for an
unbelievable combination of stiffness and ride quality. The nickel braid also
creates an uninterrupted structure, which increases the frames reliability and
their durability over time. Custom geometry to anatomically fit each customer
included on base and Ultra models.

Builder's Comments: "Overall, this is the nicest riding carbon frame I have ever
ridden. It floats extremely well for how stiff it is and offers amazing stiffness
without compromising axial compliance. Carbon is amazing on medium to
smooth surfaces. It reminds me of waterskiing on completely calm water. . .
you just float over everything"

The SISU 456 is built for the enthusiast looking for the silky smooth "FEEL OF
STEEL". Double butted tubing is selected for each customer's needs. The
456's versatility lets the customer decide from cyclo-touring to racing or
anywhere between. The option of carbon fiber rear stays on each model
decreases weight, increases torsional stiffness/efficiency and increases
vibration damping. Custom geometry to anatomically fit each customer
included on all models.

The SISU 456 Super is built with thin walled, air hardened chromoly. Tube
butts, diameters, and wall thicknesses are selected for each customer's
needs. This frame material, after welded has an ultimate yield strength over
twice that of standard chromoly. This allows for thinner wall thickness while
increasing strength, durability and the ride characteristics of the frame. Add
carbon stays to this frame and it become a force to be reckoned with at a very
affordable price.

The 456 Ultra is crafted from material using the industries latest technology.
Ultra lightweight, ultra thin walled, and ultra strong . . . hence the name "Ultra".
This material is so strong that it is very difficult for manufactures to cut. Just a
hunch, but this is probably why high production companies don't want to touch
this material and why it is almost exclusive to custom framebuilders. This
frame has performance written all over it and the weight competes with today's
full carbon frames. Add the carbon stays to combine the vibration damping
properties of carbon to the feel of steel and the 456 Ultra Carbon is your ride.

Builder's Comments: "There is nothing better than steel when riding on old
beaten up asphalt roads. Carbon is great on smooth roads but when you hit
the Greengarden/Greenfield loop, this is where steel really shines. It's
surprising how much road shock is swallowed up with steel. This can be a
savior to those with back problems and can't take the big hits from a carbon
frame.

The SISU 460 is designed to be a lightweight, quick and responsive frame that
climbs with ease. The front triangle is reactive and precise allowing for instant
breakaways while climbing. The unique seat and chain stays soak up road
shock while providing drivetrain efficiency. Custom geometry to anatomically fit
each customer included.

Builders Comments: "It seems as though you can climb almost effortlessly as
the bike responds instantly to your every touch . . .it's almost as if the bike
jumps forward with every input"

The SISU 550 is a 100mm full suspension frame that will not disappoint. A
perfect balance for cross country and general purpose riding on any of
Marquette's top rated trails. The frame's custom steel front triangle is mated to
aluminum seat and chain stays. With the addition of a dual bearing option the
stiffness is significantly increased for more powerful riders. 26" or 29" wheels
available.

The SISU 550 Ultra is built with thin walled, air hardened chromoly. Tube butts,
diameters, and wall thicknesses are selected for each customer's needs. In
the heat affected zones, this frame material has an ultimate yield strength over
twice that of standard chromoly. This allows for a decrease in wall thickness
while increasing strength, durability and the ride characteristics of the frame.

Builder's Comments: The custom front geometry truly compliments the stiff
aluminum rear stays. The linkage (designed by Ventana) when matched with a
Fox RP23 is very efficient while maintaining the ability to soak up large hits. For
my current build, I have chosen the FOX F100X fork. This combination is
effortless. On the smooth fire roads, the frame's efficiency feels similar to that
of a rigid hardtail. This gives the rider a huge advantage when gutting out long
sustained climbs without sacrificing control and suppleness during high speed
decents. Technology combined with a proven linkage design has now brought
us to the point where we no longer have to sacrifice efficiency for the frame's
ability to soak up a big hit.

The SISU 510 is a hardtail built for enthusiasts who love the "FEEL OF STEEL".
Tubing specifications are selected to meet each customer's requirements.
Geometry, tubing thickness, diameter and butt lengths can be modified to
create anything from a nimble climber to a stiff dirt jumping freefride frame. You
chose the wheel size . . . 26", 29", 29"/26". Any amount of customization is
possible. If you can dream it, we can build it. Or, perhaps you may want us to
create the customized options. Our customers can be as involved as they wish
during the design process.
